Software Troubleshooting - $40 base + $25/hr (ex. < 1 hr is only $40, 1 hr-1 hr 59 min is $65)
Right now, JSP Computers is a solo operation run alongside a regular night job. This means you get 100% dedicated, personalized expertise from me—just within a tighter schedule.

From years past to now at last!
Jules Praefcke, formally Julian Boatright, owns and runs the operations of of JSP Computers. He has always had a knack for PCs ever since the age of 2 years old! His first operating system was Windows 98, and his first project computer was an old Dell Optiplex from some old office in the 2000s! Good times.
Jules has a vision for helping customers not only with their technical issues but also attempts to help them understand cause and effect in the technological processes whether they know about computers already or not!
Utah is a forever home for Jules, being born and raised in Weber County. He serves Northern Utah and operates in Hooper.
